Agreement
By using GoKavach ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
GoKavach provides AI-powered analysis of CCTV feeds from compatible NVR, DVR, RTSP, and IP camera systems, and delivers alerts via WhatsApp, voice calls, SMS, and related channels. The Service is offered in India unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
- You own or have lawful rights to use the cameras and footage you connect
- You configure alert recipients and respond to incidents appropriately
- You keep account credentials secure
- You comply with applicable Indian laws, including privacy and surveillance rules
Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed monthly in INR as shown on our pricing page. Promotional offers (such as first-month-free for early access) apply only as stated at sign-up. Custom pricing may apply for deployments beyond listed camera limits.
Availability and accuracy
We strive for high uptime and fast detection, but the Service depends on your network, camera hardware, and third-party messaging/telephony providers. AI detection may produce false positives or miss events. GoKavach is an alerting layer and does not guarantee prevention of loss, theft, or harm.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoKavach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time by contacting hello@gokavach.com. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
