- Demo and account details: name, phone number, email, business type, and location when you request a demo or sign up.
- Camera connection data: technical details needed to connect your NVR, DVR, or IP cameras (e.g., RTSP URLs, credentials you provide).
- Alert metadata: timestamps, event types, and short encrypted clips from verified alerts — not continuous video storage.
- Usage data: basic logs to operate and improve the service (e.g., device type, pages visited on our website).
How we use your information
- Provide AI monitoring, WhatsApp alerts, voice calls, and SMS notifications
- Set up and maintain your camera connections
- Respond to demo requests and customer support
- Improve detection accuracy and service reliability
- Comply with legal obligations
Video and footage
Live video is processed in real time to detect incidents. We do not store continuous footage in the cloud. Only short encrypted clips from verified alerts are retained, and access is limited to authorized account holders.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging, telephony) strictly to deliver the service, or when required by law.
Data retention
Account and contact data is retained while you use the service and for a reasonable period afterward. Alert clips are retained per your plan settings and can be deleted on request.
